These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZenchatWhatsApp Business messaging and CRM platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Zenchat lets you connect WhatsApp Business number(s) to manage conversations, contacts, broadcasts, and automations. The Service depends on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.
2. Your responsibilities & acceptable use
- You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and all applicable Meta policies and laws.
- You must obtain valid opt-in consent from recipients before messaging them. No spam, scams, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- You are responsible for the content you send and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You may not use the Service for illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
3. Dependence on Meta / WhatsApp
Message delivery, quality ratings, and messaging limits are controlled by Meta. We are not responsible for outages, rate-limiting, account quality changes, or suspensions imposed by Meta/WhatsApp. Violating their policies may result in your WhatsApp number being restricted or banned by Meta.
4. Intellectual property
The Service and its software are owned by Zenchat. You retain ownership of your own contacts, content, and data.
5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenchat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from message delivery failures or third-party (Meta/WhatsApp) actions.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or applicable policies.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
